Will it work on my hair type?
It's made for straight, wavy and textured hair, from shoulder length down. Use a lower setting for fine, lightened or color-treated hair.
Which heat setting should I use?
250°F for fine, fragile or heavily lightened hair. 300°F for fine to medium or color-treated hair. 350°F for healthy, medium-textured hair. 375°F for healthy, coarse or resistant hair. 400°F is maximum heat, for very resistant, healthy hair only. Start low and go up only if the wave doesn't hold.
How long do the waves last?
Every hair type is different, but most waves last until your next wash. Depending on your daily activities, you may need a quick touch-up in the morning.
Can I use it when I travel?
Yes. It's corded and works on 100 to 240V. You may need a plug adapter outside the US.
How fast does it ship?
Shipping is free. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. You can also pick up at our salon in Mill Valley.
