1-year limited warranty
Every AP Luxe Triple Barrel Waver is covered by a 1-year limited warranty for the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use, starting on the delivery date. If your waver stops working because of a defect, we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if we can't.
The warranty doesn't cover damage from drops, misuse, use with the wrong voltage converter, or normal wear such as cosmetic scratches. You don't need to register your waver to be covered; just keep your order confirmation.
60-day returns
Not in love with it? Return your waver within 60 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Please return it clean, undamaged and in its original box.
How to start a return or claim
Email us at apluxe@apluxesalon.com with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue. We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps.
